Minimal intervention

For us, vinification is comparable to the birth of a new-born; the wine develops during the course of its creation process through affection, care and guidance, up to its perfection.

The natural cultivation of the vineyards and the careful handling of winemaking with minimal intervention in processing and vinification are the basis of authentic wines. The addition of animal products has always been, and will continue to remain, excluded with our wines. Therefore, our wines are certified vegan and verified with the V-Label of the Vegan Society of Austria.

We respect wine and give it space to evolve.
